• Compiling daily PPC and affiliate account statistics
• Answering the phone
• Link submission for SEO
• Social media maintenance (twitter, digg, reddit, facebook, etc..)
• IIS website setup and maintenance
• Using VNC to perform task on computers in your office
• WebEx and phone conferencing to ensure we understand the current assignment
• Handling chat support
• Performing tasks using US based IP Addresses (or your own IP address) as needed
• Gathering leads/Compiling research
• Online research (looking for a certain kinds of phone, apartment, office building, table, used car, anything…)
• Grouping keywords for PPC campaigns

We learn fast and can pick up new tasks quickly. Some things come quicker then others.. for example: Learning a new computer programming language may take one of us a week or three… Something simpler, such as emailing your clients’ specific reports for you will be a lot easier for us to pickup.

Our preferred method of communication is instant messenger — it is quick and straightforward.  However, sometimes IM just isn’t sufficient. During those instances, you can simply pick up the phone, call your employee, tell them what you want. [Even ask for some internet research when you are on the road... imagine how cool it is to call your employee and say I am at the corner of 8th & Smith street in New York, can you find me the nearest decent sushi bar? Then they can research it and tell you or text/email you the address]

If it is something more complex your worker can initiate a desktop screen-sharing session (where you can see and control their computer). Then you guide them through any new assignment. After that we can do it without you.
