• TeamViewer for live screen-sharing.  (We have looked into several solutions and this works the best)
• Ability to be trained and learn tasks.
• Understand and speak English.
• Screenshots taken of their desktop every 5 minutes.  (You can view their desktop at any time to provide instant direction on a project)
• Can remotely work through your own PC or theirs

Live Employee Screenshots

We have a monitoring system, that sends a screenshot of your employee’s computer desktop every 3-6 minutes so you can monitor what your agents are doing during their shift.

This comes in very handy during design work. (You can log in and look at it and suggest different colors or a different direction in the creation without waiting till the end of the day or several hours later)
